Little Novices* This fun filled class for boys and girls focuses on movements, tumbling and the basic positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Your child will gain balance, strength, dexterity, coordination and self confidence in a safe envirionment while under the watchful eyes of our instructors. The perfection of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a life long endeavor. Your child now has the opportunity to begin training at the only school in Athens with two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt instructors. 4 years old - Kindergarten

Jr. Amateurs* Building on all the great skills developed in the Little Novices class, this program focuses on wrestling as well as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Still maintaining a fun filled and safe atmosphere, instructors will teach more about the moves and techniques involved in BJJ. In addition, students will learn basic wrestling takedowns for getting the action to the ground. PRIOR ENROLLMENT IN LITTLE NOVICES NOT REQUIRED. 1st Grade - 5th Grade

You can give your child the exciting opportunity to train under the guidance of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belts and professional fighters. This program will focus on learning all three ranges of fighting. Your child will learn how to punch, kick, knee, wrestle and do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We will begin teaching the basics of submissions in this age group. Under the safe and watchful eyes of our coaches students will become comfortable with light contact or "sparring". All sparring is done with proper safety equipment and a fun attitude. Any fear for your child's safety will be quickly distinguished.
