Intro to MMA/Self Defense
The Intro to MMA/Self Defense classes will be all inclusive. Students should be prepared to learn standup, clinch and ground fighting. Classes will be 60% Standup, 20% wrestling and 20% ground. Classes will focus on combining the ranges as opposed to treating each range separately. Students should bring all their gear to every class. These classes will not only offer a fantastic workout but will also prepare students for a career in MMA or for defending themselves in a real world altercation. The Wednesday BJJ class is open to all students and will still give the student a chance to train specifically in BJJ for 90 minutes each week. We highly suggest that all intro students make it to this class as it is an integral part of the intro program. Graduation will take 6months to 1 yr. Opportunities to specialize in either BJJ or Standup will be available to the Intermediate and Advanced students.


Basics of BJJ
Open to all members of the gym. This class will focus on the solid fundamentals and concepts needed to be a great grappler. This is also a chance for beginners to work with more advanced grapplers and for more advanced grapplers to get some teaching experience.


Ground Fundamentals
For all intermediate and advanced students. Mix of insturuction, drilling, isolation and Live. Fridays will be 30 min of instruction/drilling/Q&A followed by 1 hour of live. Mondays will be an intensive 2 hour mix of instruction, drilling and live.


Muay Thai
Friday Muay Thai classes are open only to intermediate and advanced students and is taught by Ajarn Scott Hicks.


Open Mat
This is a chance for students of all levels to meet and roll with each other.


MMA Training
By invitation only.


NOTE
All new members must start on Monday or Tuesday.
